Our Mission:

To promote and stabilize positive human growth through respect, responsibility, trust, caring, and community. Collaborative partnerships are pursued to provide education and promote self-sufficiency.

We serve as a “hub” for services and resources that sustain a strong, vibrant, healthy community on the rural plains of eastern El Paso County.

Serving the residents of: Falcon, Calhan, Peyton, Ramah, Simla, Matheson, Limon, Ellicott, Rush, Yoder, Edison, Hanover, Elbert, Elizabeth, and Kiowa,

Please know that Envida transit is still operating for essential rides and services. This includes taking people to necessary medical and behavioral health appointments, and we will deliver food and prescriptions for those who are vulnerable and should not/cannot get out. In fact, if someone still needs to get to work, we can help with those rides too. While we are not running our regularly scheduled route, we will make arrangements to handle these requests. Please call us at 719-633-4677.

Envida recognizes that Eastern El Paso County needs to stay connected to critical services, and we are here to help. Envida cares.

Please feel free to forward this email to friends and neighbors.

Thank you.

The Center

building There are over 20 agencies that meet monthly as part of a "Coalition" and are willing to provide services to our communities.

The Community Outreach Center (COC) board leased a modular office building located at 328 10th Street on the El Paso County Fairgrounds in Calhan, Colorado so that Coalition members can occupy office space to meet with residents and provide education and assistance as they offer services.
